How Can severe Chest Pain Be Treated?
have what feels like chest cramps that can be started by just moving arms is very painful feel like run along lenght of ribs maybe covering width of two ribs when happens once start having them can hardly use arms cause move wrong way will start cramp

Most probably it is a musculoskeletal pain.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. You can take an EKG to rule out cardiac causes.
